These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the software, browser utilities, services, and digital frameworks provided by Lerna Digital (Pty) Ltd, an independent software studio registered in South Africa (Registration Number: 2026 / 314581 / 07).

2. Digital Services & Browser Utilities

Lerna Digital develops custom browser environments, WebGL rendering solutions, and UI enhancements (including the Lerna Engine). By purchasing a digital license, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to utilize our software for your personal, educational, and consumer use.

3. Third-Party Affiliation Disclaimer

Lerna Digital is a completely independent research and development studio. Our products, frameworks, and utilities are not endorsed by, directly affiliated with, or sponsored by any specific target application or any other third-party developers. Our tools are built for UI customization and client-side performance testing only.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of any Lerna Digital software. Our tools must be utilized within the bounds of standard API rate limits and network protocols. We reserve the right to terminate access to our software licenses immediately, without refund, if abuse, license redistribution, or violation of these terms is detected.

5. Payment & Billing

All payments directly fund our independent R&D time. Due to the immediate provisioning of digital licenses upon successful payment verification, Lerna Digital does not offer refunds unless expressly required by the Consumer Protection Act of South Africa. Initiating a fraudulent chargeback will result in a permanent ban from our community and software.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Gauteng.
