Refund Policy

1. Digital Goods Delivery

Lerna Digital provides access to an intangible digital asset designed to optimize rendering performance. Because the product is provisioned immediately upon successful payment and authentication, refunds are not issued once the product has been delivered successfully.

2. Technical Limitations & Support

We offer extensive troubleshooting assistance for the Hydra client. An inability to use the client due to inadequate hardware, incompatible network configurations, or failure to follow standard installation instructions does not constitute grounds for a refund.

3. Disciplinary Revocations

In the event that a license is revoked due to a violation of our Terms of Service—such as unauthorized key sharing, attempting to reverse-engineer the client, or violating the fair-use agreement regarding third-party platforms—refunds will not be provided for the remaining duration of the subscription.

4. Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute through a bank, credit card company, or payment provider without prior consultation with our support team will result in the immediate suspension of your license and restricted access to our products.
